Why does my item received look different then the website picture?
Each items appearance will vary slightly due to it's size and cut of fabric used. Larger sized items will have more visable pattern verses smaller items. We also try to minimize fabric waste as much as possible which means some items will show patterns at different angles.
How do I know what size to order?
Please measure your pet and refer to our size guide.
How are your items worn?
Our Bows have two adjustable velcro straps on the back that wrap around your pets collar.
We have two styles of Bandanas.
The over the collar style - your pet(s) collar slides through the collar pocket across the top of the bandana.
The Tie/Snap on bandanas - can be worn multiple ways. Tied in a knot, tie a simple loop then snap or just used the attached snaps. If the bandana is a little long or for a different look you can also roll down the top of the bandana before tying and or securing the snaps.
Pets should never be left unsupervised while wearing Wild Prairie Pet Co. accessories. Wild Prairie Pet Co. is not responsible for injury caused by unsupervised use of our products.
How do you recommend washing your products?
For best results we recommend spot cleaning or hand washing our products.
Bandanas should be laid flat or hung to dry.
If ironing please make sure to place a towel or parchment paper between our WPPC label or vinyl Personalization and the iron to prevent damage.
Do you accept returns or can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after it is placed for a full refund, orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours as it will already be in production.
We do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect size ordered.
If any of your products are received damaged due to hardware issues or defects in craftsmanship we will fix or replace the product at no charge once the original product in question is returned to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

How long will it take to get my order?
That will vary depending on what you ordered, our current processing time and the shipping method you chose.
Our pre-made items are ready to ship, our made to order items will be subject to our current processing time posted at the top of our home page.
Canada Post Lettermail generally takes anywhere from 2 - 15 business days, sometimes longer during the busy holiday season.
All other shipping options will depend on Canada Posts current delivery standard, please check their website for up to date information.
Delivery time is in addition to our processing time.
Lost packages are not the responsibility of WPPC, we can not locate lettermail or untracked packages once shipped. If you would like tracking please upgrade your shipping option.
